We had a fantastic 2 day stay. The location is prime (Futian), the staff is committed, and the breakfast offers a wide range of delicious options with again a nice and committed staff. Room was spacious and got a super comfy bed. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely be back next time we are in Shenzen

It's a nice hotel. Modern rooms, excellent spa area. Would highly recommend rooms with access to the lounge area. There you can have breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere and also have access to drinks, gourmet sweets and some food for dinner during the day. The staff are super friendly.

The property is in a good location. The room we had was practical, comfortable and roomy. The staff were amazing, especially the staff in the Executive Club.
